Rock musicians Jean Blaute and Ray Cokes start their journey to discover the traditional Belgian beers across the border, in Koningshoeven, the only Dutch abbey brewing real Trappist beers, named La Trappe after the strict observance Cistercians congregation's Norman mother house, which actually has a surprisingly varied production of ten brews. Back in Flanders, original small brewery De Korenaar's Dochter and a Zonhoven restaurant specialized in beer recipe dishes.
