The world is struggling with the terrible virus epidemic. Cities of many countries around the world have been quarantined. One of these cities is Istanbul. People struggling to get out of the quarantined city of Istanbul also strive not to get caught in this terrible virus.

'All the best poems are written in blood' is the notion documented in this phantasmagorical study of a down-and-out word master coming to grips with his demons. Hallucination supplants reality as he journeys through memory, guilt and paranoia to an ironic and lyrical summation of his artistic and existential posturings-- 'where am I and who are you?'

Bong-sam abandons his dying wife, Su-in, to live with a wealthy widow. He takes his young son to be raised by his new stepmother.
