Summary Tripitaka (Elvin Ng), Monkey God (Kingone Wang), Pigsy (Ian Fang) and Sandy (Steven Chiang) met with a calamity while on their journey to the West, due to Flower Fairy Caiyue's (Julie Tan) mistake. Tripitaka, Pigsy and Sandy died as a result of that. Out of despair, Monkey God swore before dying that he will never forgive Caiyue. Unbeknownst to them, the tragedy was orchestrated by the Nine-Tail Vixen (Ann Kok). Out of desperation, Caiyue visited the Goddess of Mercy to beg for a second chance, she was granted 1,000 years to locate the reincarnated Monkey God.
