The Young Discovery

A postman (bt) from the city gets transferred to a fishing village. On his route, one afternoon, he comes across a particular house where only a mother and a daughter reside. He delivers, what turns out to be, divorce papers (petition) The mother (seoul-daek), a widow, is an old fastidious character that was secretly diagnosed with a sickness. She also happens to own a large piece of land, which grabs the attention of Byung-tae, the postman. Her daughter (Eun-shi), an odd character, bridges her sense of affection and normalcy through a red postbox that the Byung-tae delivers. With every delivery, Eun-sil and Byung-tae's friendship strengthens.

Boishaki Gan is a Bangladeshi film inspired by the novel, 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens. Bohkil Ali, a greedy, garment factory owner, hates Bengali New Years. On the eve of this special day, he is visited by his dead business partner Bakka Mia, who informs him that in order to avoid eternal damnation he must accompany three messengers, the past, present and future, to show him the meaning of New Years.

This is the story of a struggling women whose husband is an addict, daughter becomes widow after a few days, and with a widowed sister-in-law.
