An ancient evil soul haunts a mansion named Chandravilas. The soul enters the body of the owner of Chandravilas and makes him do evil deeds. People don't know about the soul and believe that the owner of Chandravilas is evil. The son (Ananta) of the owner too had left Chandravilas thinking his father was evil. Years later, Ananta returns to Chandravilas with his daughter Sharvari to find that his father is crippled, unable to speak. The evil soul had left his body and was waiting for the right time to enter Ananta's body and continue doing evil deeds. But Ananta and his daughter defeat him.
