The filming title was, "Sam and T". The story of Sam Downing and T. Wood, two highly trained policemen & members of the Mclaren Project, a federal law enforcement program that assist understaffed small town police dept. around the country. In this pilot episode, Downing and Wood assist Sheriff Bill Willett in his investigation of a cattle rustling operation in Arizona.

A locksmith's first heist goes awry when his partner is killed by rival thieves after the theft. Betrayed by his girlfriend, he hides with the loot in a flat above a club, wary of its untrustworthy tenants while evading cops and crooks.

Four ex-members of the "Special Section" of Police recall about opposition members they arrested and tortured, while they wait to be judged and refugee on the embassy. Based on the true story of Cipriano Reyes, Ernesto Mario Bravo, Nieves Blanco and Oscar Martínes Zemborain (who plays himself in the movie) during the first two presidencies of Juan Domingo Perón in Argentina.
