The Making of Her

Mimi on her Mother's funeral reflects on her life and confronts her father, accusing him of not giving her the freedom she deserved and demands to leave academics and pursue her love for music.

On January 29, 1986, prominent Chilean journalist Jeremías Gallardo covers the last death sentence in the country, which was carried out in the prison of Valparaiso. That same day, his wife is giving birth to their first child at a clinic in the capital. Gallardo's return to Santiago becomes an inner journey in which he will relive moments from his dark past, linked to the intelligence services of that time. The film is structured in fragmentary flashbacks and reconstructs Gallardo's character and personality.

Stelios travels to Stockholm from Greece. He lives with a relative in an abandoned house with several other Greeks. At first he distributes newspapers, but Stelios quickly gets a job at a restaurant.
