The Guv'nor

The title refers to the common time for bullfights, and the story involves an ambitious young torero on his way up the ladder of success, and an older one on his way down, a bitter view of the popular Spanish spectacle.

Encouraged by the stories of guest workers who pay visit to their homeland, a young man Filip finds himself on a central station in Frankfurt on the Main, Germany. While looking for his old friend Mate who would help him to get around in new environment, Filip experiences one trouble after another until he finally finds Mate lethally wounded.

Some time ago, Sheriff Bernardo Carvajal was a famous gunman, but the time came when he preferred to enjoy a quiet life, so he took the position of sheriff in a small and peaceful town.
