Suspended psychiatrist Huang is asked to treat Zhao who suffers from schizophrenia. Zhao can only release himself from the pain of his girlfriend's death by killing people in his delusion. During the treatment, Huang is gradually affected by Zhao. He soon finds the way to cure Zhao, but then discovers an important secret about himself.
