One year has passed since the tragedy into the French woods. The three survivors are still in recovery and in a therapeutic move, Mika, will lead the survivors into the woods to exorcise their personal demons. But...a new group of young people are coming again in the forest, and it seems the Corona Clown is back...what's going on?

A business man and a girls high-school field trip accidentally awake the defeated samurai warriors of Yamagata who return to the village of Oshakabe as Zombies to take revenge against the descendants of the town folk who double crossed them and thus fulfill their ancient curse. The greedy businessman and the mayor of the town want to turn the site of the shrines into a money making scheme replete with spa hotels and theme parks. Our school girl hero Mikayo and her class mates must use all their courage and resourcefulness to defeat the samurai zombies. With the help of Mikayo's mobile phone and the local barber turned shrine tender they battle the zombies and restore order to the town.

When wanna be doctor Heywood West becomes the new kid in town, people start to get suspicious by his odd behavior; disgusting stenches coming from his house, people turning up missing, and red stains on his lab coat...you could see why. Heywood befriends a fellow anatomy student Jeff Sarris and at the same time turns Jeff's life upside down. After witnessing Heywood commit a murder, it's up to Jeff to either turn in his new best friend or drown himself in Denial, while in the mean time Heywood continues writing prescriptions... FOR PAIN!
