Summary Nadezhda Koshkina (whose name translates as "hope") runs a private crisis center, nicknamed ""House of Hope"". This center is for women who find themselves in a difficult situation: beaten wives, homeless, ones, who have lost the will to live... Koshkina understands her wards like no one else: in her youth she almost died at the hands of her abusing boyfriend.
