A beginning filmmaker spent three sleepless nights on Baltimore's Block. This is what he saw.

'The Ragged Edge' is a documentary about survival on and off the racetrack; about riding the edge between victory and oblivion. Its focus is Erik Buell Racing (EBR), the only American sport bike company. EBR is now racing for its survival. This documentary combines the power, excitement, and tension of motorcycle racing from the point of view of teams in the pits with the equally powerful stories of a company trying to make it through a financial maelstrom and the personal survival stories of working families in America's heartland.

CHASING THE LIGHT is a documentary following emerging photographer Liisa Roberts as she hops around Hawaii on commercial, fashion, conceptual, military, abstract, political and personal photo shoots. If you have ever thought of pursuing a passion instead of a career, then you will appreciate Liisa's story. Juggling responsibilities as a mother, military spouse and professional photographer, she tries to keep up with the images generated by her AD-HD creative engine while negotiating the emotional roller coasters that come with a deployed husband and career advancement. Beyond that is the ever-present torment of an artist plagued with a vision -- and a need to capture the images in her mind.

Following five family wineries, an amateur home winemaker and all-female picking crew, 'Harvest' documents the 2011 wine-grape harvest in Northern California, revealing the blood, sweat and tears that go into every bottle of wine. There is no swirling, no sniffing, no sipping or quaffing. This is all about the back-breaking manual labor and night picks at 2 a.m. with only headlamps. Along the way we meet the first migrant worker to own his own winery and the women pickers share their border-crossing stories. It all leads up to untimely October rains that wreak havoc and create what many old-timers call 'the worst harvest' in their lifetimes. 'Harvest' is a rare, intimate glimpse of the vineyards that has never before been captured on film.
