The movie is about 5 high school graduates' story from 1999 during the rapid development time of new China. It is about their attitudes towards family lives, their future and change of society. The style of the movie changes from realism to surrealism. Like 'Er Hua' in the movie says:' They will dance when they hear the sound of wind.
