This is a documentary based on the question, 'Can you be prepared for death?' My grandmother is near the end and it has taken a huge toll on my family, but I wondered how other people have dealt with this kind of situation. My film tells the story of two people and a social worker who have experienced death first hand as I try to grasp the concept and prepare.

Taffy Thomas's head is simply bursting with over 300 stories, recently named as the very first Storytelling Laureate he is more determined than ever, on leaving behind a legacy of stories and storytellers to ensure his stories will long out live him. This film is an attempt to stop that happening and to give an insight into the magical world of Taffy.

First-time filmmaker Jordan Thierry offers context and conversation in this honest exploration of fatherhood in Black America. Through a telling of his own story and interviews with historians, he traces the roots of the fatherless Black home and reveals a history much more complex and profound than is often told. Putting that history into perspective is a dialogue among fathers discussing their experiences, inspirations, and insight on how communities can come together to ensure the power of a father's love is not lost on America's Black children.

It is a powerful poetic rendition of a place where mountains meet the sea and the sun rises and sets in colors of brilliance. Spectacular uncut images sears the heart and soul of humans who are destroying paradise. It challenges the collective consciousness at a place where nature has conquered man - Antarctica!
