Willoughby the dog has the next pearl attached to his collar. But he disappears before anyone can get it. Inspired by watching 'The Hound of the Baskervilles', T.Bag and T. Shirt present themselves as 'Shirley Holmes' and 'Dr. Whatsit'.

Stripped of his magic powers, T. Shirt leaves T. Bag and joins the Foreign Legion. Being a female girl, Sally isn't allowed near the fort, so she gets a job as a singer at Rick's Café.

Sally and T.Shirt race back across the game board to Captain Cockle near his lighthouse. But T.Bag, who is rapidly losing her magic powers due to a lack of tea, is still on their heels.
