Detectives Ken Boyd (Andrew Legatt), Francis Gunner (Andrew Ringate), Jeff Fletcher (Carter Luedtke), Harold Hill (Elijah O'Sullivan) and Michael Elkins (Daniel Mayerchak) try to solve the reoccurring cases of missing civilians and reports of killer clowns, led by Clownface (Stephen Legatt) himself.
