For the first time in a ling while, they transform to fight but the public seems to think their actions are barbaric acts of destruction. In the Reiwa Era, is the justice they once fought for now considered an outdated style of heroism?

Follows a mysterious Amazon hunter named Jin Takayama, the heavily-sheltered Haruka Mizusawa, and the Nozama Pest Control Service, a small group of mercenaries as they hunt down the awakening Amazons.

A new evil organization known as Space Shocker, which are led by the magic-using Space Ikadevil and Space Spider Man, threatens the Earth by causing an unknown phenomenon. The Space Sheriffs Gavan type-G and Sharivan are sent to execute all wizards on Earth in response to the threat and begins to attack Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast. The Space Crime Syndicate Madou, who were once defeated by the original Sharivan return, to cause even more havoc in the world. During this, Yoko finds a mysterious little robot called Psycholon which Space Shocker and the Madou are after.

While settling into married life with Akiko, Ryu is brought into a case involving a woman named Katsuragi Aoi, a member of a pickpocketing ring with most of her teammates murdered from unknown masked vigilantes that Ryu fought as Accel.

Queen Bansheera is out to destroy the Power Rangers, but when her henchmen, Diabolico, joins forces with the good guys, she really goes berserk and sets out to blast the whole city away. She turns her generals into giant monsters and vows to release all of the demons of the world at the next eclipse. Soon all will be dark. Evil will win. Can the Power Rangers find a way out of the damaged Aquabase and, finally, triumph?
