Striding Into the Wind

A cardiologist widower notices a strong resemblance between his daughter's tutor and his late wife. Because he has never gotten over losing her, he courts his daughter's tutor, marries her and proceeds to make her over into the image of his wife. Naive and very much in love, she obeys his wishes and only later realizes that her husband isn't really in love with her but only with a cherished memory.

Laura & Marsha is a bestfriend since high school. Although their both characteristic is way too different, Laura is a single mother, lived with her mother and only daughter since her husband left her with no reason, and she living with dreams that her husband will back someday. While Marsha, is a girl who lived with free-spirit and never worry about anything. One day, Marsha planned themselves for euro trip, Laura refused at first, but finally agreed to join with one term: everything will always strict to the rule, her rule (Laura arranged everything). Their friendship was test when they argued and realized they lived with a truth left behind.

"Exquisite Corpse" combines documentary, fiction and experimental film-making as it traverses the social and oniric landscape of a region struggling between modernity and tradition. A peasant named Juventino, is killed during a fiery nighttime battle, dedicated to purify the city. As he leaves his world in the midst of this ritual he is infused with visions as his own mind attempts to filter and purify his fears and his desires. Juventino's myths, as torrid and exuberant as the geography, are often more concrete than his reality. The inhabitants aid his journey by performing rituals with the hope of understanding, pleasing and obtaining favors from the beyond. During the day these rituals unleash repressed emotions, which at sundown are liberated into lascivious celebration. His corpse, during the autopsy, unveils something more repugnant than his death, the submission of the living to it. This fantastical collective biography immerses into a dense mythological universe by narrating the life of this being in the process of unbeing, this character becoming this corpse.

Karen and Phil's relationship reaches a crisis point when Phil cheats on Karen with the new girl at work and Karen falls pregnant with Phil's child. Karen must also deal with a problem patient whose troubled life reflects her own; meanwhile Phil is caught in a professional vacuum, continually being passed up for promotion by his manager. Karen's doubts about Phil's commitment to her and their future family force her to take drastic steps.

Anna, a high-tech pick-up artist who helps awkward men to seduce lonely women in high-class bars on cold evenings in Tallinn. She can play the game of sex and love like a professional, she knows just what to say to manipulate anyone into doing what she wants (or consenting to what she wants). But Anna's own love life is far from perfect and she cannot see that she is being manipulated, too.
