It relates the story of Jason Galehouse and of Michael Wacholtz who were victimized by two thugs who got together for a weekend of carnage and who were part of a sub-culture of slavery and "snuff" films.

A young guy in a small town in Italy (Felino) kills a girl, stabbing her over 150 times. He calls his friend for help, but the friend doesn't believe his story and leaves him alone in the streets of Parma. The young guy calls a cab and kills the taxi driver with a gun, escaping by driving through the night. In the morning he turns himself into the police station, and tells them he killed his friend because she asked him to in his dreams.
