Shahrukh and Warsan are given a history project for the coming school holidays. They visit Ali's Antique Shop to research and find an ancient artifact that's a time machine. They travel to the past to find out what animal Sang Nila Utama actually saw when there're supposed to be no lions in Singapore.

The antique shop owner Muri Hadi catches Shahrukh and Warsan as they return from their time travel. He bargains with the kids to bring him along on their time travels in exchange for the time machine's use. But their visit to 1819 to meet Sir Stamford Raffles changes Singapore's colonial history.

Shahrukh's aunt is warded at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Shahrukh is curious who TTS was. Together with Warsan and Muri Hadi, they travel to the year 1844 to see how Tan Tock Seng built the hospital. Meeting him in person, Shahrukh learns what it really takes to have a place named after one.

Singapore's athlete wins a gold medal in a sports event and the national anthem Majulah Singapura is played. Shahrukh, Warsan and Muri Hadi feel inspired and travel to meet Zubir Said, who wrote this song back in 1959. To their surprise, they find that the tune he was composing sounded different.

Shahrukh learns about Malay movie icon P Ramlee from a documentary and wants to meet this superstar in person. While he and Warsan try to land a role in his movie, Muri Hadi helps himself to P Ramlee's film reel, destroying his career and wiping P Ramlee off the cinematic history of Singapore.

Warsan gripes that all the historical characters they've visited are men and wants to visit a woman for a change. Shahrukh suggests they visit Hajjah Fatimah. Muri Hadi, troubled by financial woes, supports his idea. He's actually eyeing her wealth, but he ends up leaving someone behind in time.

Shahrukh and Muri Hadi land in 1986 and their time machine is completely destroyed. They look for Ali, the original owner of Ali's Antique Shop, for help, but he has other plans for his time machine. Can they successfully get the time machine from him, save Warsan from the past, and return to 2016?
