Summary St. Peter-Ording is about to make an investment that will change everything. The surfer's paradise is to give way to a hotel complex. In order to save it, an unequal competition has to be fought out on the water: windsurfers (Ralf) against kiters (Aleks), old against young, ego against compassion. But Ralf must first be brought from his new home in India. There he has been fighting against the Chinese regime for 15 years as a refugee. His childhood friend Tonio (A. Putignano) takes on the long journey to India. In his luggage, however, he has not only beautiful memories of a special friendship. A mutual childhood friend is dying.
