Sea Shadow

Set against the backdrop of Trinidad and Tobago's mystical Carnival, a gifted and struggling young man becomes the object of intrigue for an older, well-meaning businessman until their worlds collide.

The plot revolves around Karthik (Atharvaa), Pallavi (Anupama Parameswaran) and Arun (Amitash Pradhan). When Karthik declines her proposal to elope, Pallavi marries Arun and emigrates to France. Karthik who still is in love with Pallavi, also lands up in the France a year later in the hope of winning her back.

Kabir is a lonely medical student in New York, estranged from his wife and grieving the loss of his mother. When he meets Kioni, a charming film student from Kenya, she persuades him to show her the city's Christmas decorations, thereby leading him to rediscover the magic of the holiday season and get his life back on track.

Emmanuel is a great provider to his family but is left wanting for intimacy from his wife Audrey. Emmanuel is likewise an active tri-athlete. In one of his preparations for an upcoming triathlon, he meets Cassie, a troubled wife seeking solace at the beach, away from her gay husband.

Seeking refuge in excessive parties and alcohol, Gitte risks losing the one thing that keeps her going: her children. As Gina fights against the backdrop of generational poverty, neglect, and lovelessness, she refuses to accept that her fate is predetermined by her birthplace. This is a three-generation family portrait told through the eyes of a determined nine-year-old girl, who is determined to break the cycle and find stability and hope amidst the challenges of her upbringing.
