The blue herd is a historical account of the complex plot surrounding police brutality in Puerto Rico, by means of vivid videos intertwined with eyewitness accounts. The documentary is a reflection of the near mute reality that affects societies everywhere, a situation in which protectors victimize those they have sworn to protect.

Apassionate hotel director becomes obsessed with the statement of a psychic, claiming he is responsible for the unsolved fire at his legendary grand hotel. To free himself from this burden, he attempts to expose a former employee as the arsonist with the help of a sharp-witted detective. In doing so, he becomes the focus of his own investigation.

On the evening of Friday, September 16th, 2005, film director and then NYU Graduate Film student, Frank Hall Green, was shot (with a gun, not a camera) in the stomach in an unexplained shooting. In 2007, he set out to make a film about his experience. Distraught over the very recent breakup with his 3 year girlfriend at the time of the shooting, he struggled with the personal exploration into the incident and the resulting film. 3 years later, he emerged with this documentary, Shooting Script, a personal journey of a filmmaker steeped in crime, humor, anxiety and love.
