Depression is paralyzing Bruno's existence. To get rid of dark evil, man, on threshold of middle age, decides to embark on a journey to discover his demons.

Laura works in a café in Sunset Plaza and lives in the Saharan Motel on Sunset Boulevard. She falls in love with the young writer Raoul. While Laura is open with her feelings, Raoul cannot seem to show his feelings for her.

"Boy" tells the story of an invisible member of our society, an undocumented Filipino cleaner. He has no name. Moving continuously from one location to the other, he is living between being seen and being invisible, between his life with his boyfriend, an erotic dancer, and his role as financial provider of his family back home. All this changes when his boyfriend auditions for a dance company and one of his employers commits suicide. A charming photographer shows interest in him. He wants him as a model for a photo series.

After fifteen years together, Francoise breaks with Jacques. She finds herself alone with her three children, her work as a nurse and her pretty house. Little prepared for this situation, which she did not choose, she began to go out at night, to frequent new places, open to chance meetings. She neglects her mother's duties a little, doing and saying things unthinkable until now for her. Francoise discovers that there may be an alternative to what she thought was the only way to live and be happy.
