Alicia Keys pays tribute to the courageous efforts of three regular heroes. Senior Inventory Specialist Trevor Henry helps his hospital battle COVID-19. As owner of the only grocery store within a 5 mile radius, Burnell Cotlon keeps his doors open for the lower 9th ward community. Athena Hayley puts her health at risk everyday by continuing to feed the homeless on Skid Row.

The Science Teacher, the Deli Owner, and the Zookeeper
Kevin Hart spotlights three regular heroes, acknowledging all of the good they're doing in their communities. Jonté Lee is an inspirational Physics and Chemistry teacher in Washington, DC.He has always gone above and beyond for his students. With school no longer in session due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Jonté has converted his home kitchen into a science lab to virtually teach his students around the country.He also checks in with William, a former of a student he's been mentoring, before he heads off to college in the fall. When the pandemic hit New York City, Roman Grandinetti of Regina's Deli jumped into action. He reached into his own pocket, providing sandwiches for students who no longer receive the school meals that they depend. He is also taking the time to drop off food for first responders who have been working tirelessly around the clock to keep the city safe. He has been doing this on his own, after having to reduce staff and keep his mother, Regina, in quarantine to protect her from the virus. Zookeeper Charlotte Trapman has devoted her life to animals. With the zoo now closed and its staff greatly reduced, Charlotte is commuting hours each day and working overtime. She's putting her own health at risk to ensure that the animal are fed and properly cared for. These three heroes selflessly put the lives of others ahead of their own, but now it is time for them to get the recognition they deserve.

The EMT, the Reverend, and the Trucker
Nick Jonas thanks three regular heroes for their selfless deeds by paying it forward. EMT Diana Wilson has experienced a lot on the job with the FDNY over her 17 year career, but she has never experienced anything quite like this. With the volume of calls at an all-time high due to the pandemic, Diana is constantly providing medical assistance to those in need and exposing herself to the virus every day. As a result, she sacrifices not seeing her children in over a month to ensure their health and safety. Reverend Andy Bales runs the Union Rescue Mission in LA, one of the largest homeless shelter missions in the US. As the virus keeps spreading, Reverend Andy scrambles to respond to the growing number of people who need his help. Despite having heart disease, kidney disease, and type 1 diabetes, he remains on the frontlines, serving the brothers and sisters of his community, even if it means putting his own health at risk. Truck Operator Serita Lockley is working harder than ever now in order to deliver essential items to retirement homes and stores. After taking out loans and deferring payments so that she can keep her employees on payroll, Serita keeps on trucking. But with her father's health declining, Serita can't help but be concerned about their well-being.

The Advocate, the Sanitation Worker, and the RV Guy
Kelly Rowland pays tribute to three regular heroes for all the good that they do. Dana Marlowe has dedicated her life to supporting her fellow females. As founder of I Support the Girls, Dana ensures that all women around America get the feminine hygiene products that they need. Now with a surge in demand and shortage of supply due to the pandemic, Dana is working harder than ever to get women these essential products, even if it means taking time away from her family. Angel Santiago has been a sanitation worker for the last 25 years. He never knows what he is handling when he picks up the garbage, but these days, that puts him at higher risk of catching coronavirus. Nonetheless, he continues to serve his community everyday, despite worrying about bringing Covid-19 back home to his 91 year old father. As CEO and founder of RV for Camp Fire, Woody Faircloth's mission is to help those in need. When wildfires ravaged California two years ago, he came to the rescue by providing RV's to families who lost their homes. Now, Woody along with his 7 year old daughter have started donating RV's to healthcare professionals in order to give them a safe place to quarantine away from their loved ones.

The Doctor, The Animal Rescue Worker, and the Theater Owner
Chris Paul shines a light on three regular heroes. Dr. Nana Afoh-Manin runs Covid testing pop up sites for those who are underinsured and underserved. Shelter manager Jessica Vacarro struggles to save animals in need as the number of neglected pets rises due to the pandemic. Theater owner Andrew Thomas starts hosting social distance friendly high school graduations at his drive-in.

The Farmer, the Mechanic, and the Bus Driver
Brad Paisley highlights three regular heroes. Farmer Daniel Hayden fears that he won't be able to feed America due to factory closures and limited PPE. Emergency Vehicle Technician Francisco Gomez works nonstop to keep fire trucks and ambulances on the road. Bus driver Tiffany Underwood works overtime to transport frontline workers to their jobs, despite a co-worker passing away from Covid.

The Inventor, The Nurse Practitioner and The Art Supplier
J.J. Watt pays tribute to three regular heroes. Brad Halsey, founder of Building Momentum, sinks his time and money into an invention that could help battle Covid. 10 year old Chelsea Phaire sends art kits to kids in quarantine as a means of escape during these tough times. Nurse Practitioner Pamela Douglass provides free healthcare to homeless youth as she deals with her postponed wedding.

Finale: Still Heroes
This season on Regular Heroes, we celebrated the ordinary people on the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic. While much of the country sheltered in place, these incredible men and women risked their lives for us. In the process, they changed our perception of what a first responder could be. We've met some incredible heroes and now, we'll see how their lives have changed since we saw them last.
