Set in the city of Beirut, it follows a fictional TV show, driven by Ahmad, a director fixed on turning his childhood friend, Rabih, into a serial killer. After their first murder attempt goes awry, Rabih guides Ahmad, Nermine, and Marc on a little tour through the neighborhood of Al Saout where they meet its eccentric characters, and learn about the quality of life there.

Rabih sets up his new lair at a garage along with the crew, and they receive an unwelcome and suspicious visit. The crew then heads out to the streets of Beirut looking for a new kill while they discuss and philosophise Rabih as a killer.
