The Sculpture is a film set in Italy in the contemporary world. The film deals with love, with trampled art, with prostitution, with transvestism and with the situation of the sculpture in Italy.

Alea decides to move to Bandung, because she wants to forget her ex Reynand who is having an affair with her best friend. Alea goes to Gempita High School. Alea also decides to join the student council. On the first day of student council acceptance, Alea, who is late in rushing to the meeting room, bumps into Revo. Alea sees Revo's figure is similar to Reynand, her ex. Alea and Revo get closer when she help Revo persuade his mother, Cecil, who is suffering from dissociative amnesia. Their closeness is interrupted when Reynand comes to meet Alea and asks Alea back. And also when a woman appears: Reva, Revo's lover who has just returns to Bandung.

Hasan (33), who works as a sales manager in a construction company, and his wife Farida (30) have not been able to have children for a long time.
