Summary Dread of the dacoit Jagga Singh pervades the populace. Upon Inspector Arjun's assignment to the region, he confronts Jagga and apprehends him. However, Jagga, alongside his associates, perpetrates the murder of Inspector Arjun. Arjun's wife, Lakshmi, seeks refuge in the forest with her twin daughters, Radha and Rajni. Tragically, Radha becomes estranged from them. While Rajni grows under their mother's care to become a police inspector, Radha adopts the persona of Ramvati, pursuing a career as a dancer. Dacoit Jagga ascends to prominence as a notorious smuggler, now known in the city as Thakur Jagir Singh. Supported by his comrades Chander Singh and Lala, they gang rape Ramvati. Even Inspector Balwant, to whom Ramvati turns for aid, rapes her. Driven by a desire for vengeance, Ramvati metamorphoses into a bandit, systematically eliminating her adversaries.
