Juanita currently serves as an Assistance General Counsel to a publicly-traded company in the US. Juanita is also the founder of Dress for Success Greater London, a charity focused on the advancement of women in the UK through equipping them with the clothing and the tools they need to succeed in the workplace. She is also the creator of the London-based Power of Women Awards event and the Fashion & Philanthropy Speaker Series. Juanita is a voice of hope for young women.
