Summary A singer (Bharathi) who is tricked into marriage by his mother-in-law, his wife (Gowri )is enormously possessive about his fame and his female fans. One day they encounter into a fight and he decides escape from home. On the way he meets someone in the bus who is also running from her life as a dancer because her husband forcefully lets her to prostitution. They both experience some random incidents together and meet an one old couple, who are still very much enjoying love and life. Eventually the old couple dies, and by watching the couple they fall in love themselves. Then Bharathi get a prank call from his PA that Gowri is ill so he returns back to home town with Jyothi. Gowri finds him with another woman and gets furious. She files for a divorce, informs media about Jyothi. Jyothi's husband gets this news comes to find Jyothi. One thing led to another Gowri finally become mentally unstable because of her own decisions. Bharathi visits her in the mental hospital with Jyothi. Jyothi then understands that Gowri really needs Bharathi and they belong to each other, Jyothi leaves Bharathi with her.
