Summary Katie (Cynthia Koh), Hui Xian (Ann Kok) and Zhi Qin (Eelyn Kok) studied Fashion Design in school. After graduation, Katie successfully carves out a career as a designer, while Hui Xian becomes a fashion reporter and Zhi Qin, a tv production director. Katie successfully auditions her 9-month old daughter, Xuan Xuan, for a role in a drama directed by Zhi Qin. She insists her husband Jovan (Alan Tern) quits his job so that he can ferry Xuan Xuan around. Jovan suffers from low self-esteem and becomes depressed. Hui Xian has been pushing back motherhood while her husband Wei Ming (Geping Zheng) is eager to have children. After she makes a career switch to become a fashion designer, their differences widen.
