Episode #1.1
Episode 1 Le Heritiers Buxton (The Three Siblings of the Buxton Family) The first episode opens up with train entering London and seeing Saint Beran Agenore greet Edward Buxton who informs him that his pregnant wife is soon going to give birth. They head home, but get stuck in traffic for a while and they get home at sunset, just as Edward's wife is about to give birth. Edward checks up on George Buxton his first son who is worried about his mother, who is waiting in the other room. They wait for quite some time, all throughout the night and in the early morning. As Saint Beran is on his way to bring everyone waiting some tea. They can hear the sounds of a baby crying coming from the other room. All seems good, until it's revealed that the mother died during birth. The following morning they all grief the loss of Mrs. Buxton, and we are introduced to the main character who is a baby at this time, Jane Buxton.

Year's passes and we see a slightly older Saint Beran looking around the mansion for Jane. He finds her shortly in the laboratory playing with her boat toy. Saint Beran grabs Jane and takes her to front porch were Edward, George and their other butlers wait. As they are about to meet Marguerite and her son, William. Marguerite becomes Edward second wife and William Becomes Jane's and George's stepbrother. William is a shy, anxious 11 year old boy, who struggles to fit in with the Buxtons, as he is very dependent on his mother.

One day as Marguerite is praying for her son William to get better, she is greeted by Jane who gives her flowers. We see that Jane is very carefree and likable person even as a young child. More time passes, with Jane experiencing the winter were she sees a flying animal, which catches her attention. She spreads her arms and runs after it, pretending she too can fly. As Christmas eve comes around everyone is gathered around the fire place, and Jane is given her the amber necklace she carries with her throughout the entire show. We see here that William has also started getting better, being more friendly and not nearly as anxious as he was in the beginning. He receives a green knitted sweater, and shows joy and happiness, however it's cut short as he sees that his stepbrother George Buxton gets a blue knitted sweater. Likely making him jealous and causes him to tear his sweater apart.

A few years seems to pass, and we see Marguerite pass away in her bed surrounded by the her loved ones. The doctor confirms her death, which shatters William's heart. As he is all alone now in his mind. He barley eats, and has no one to be with. One day, as he opens his bedroom door, he sees Jane wandering off. He takes chase, and goes after her, following her into a nearby religious building. Jane gives William the same type of flowers she gave Marguerite a long time ago. William starts crying and hugs Jane, telling her that she is the only one she has.

Years passes, and we see a now old Saint Beran looking for Jane around the mansion, he enters the laboratory and discovers she just left. We now see an older Jane, looking over a hill with her own made flying machine next to her. On the machine it says XI which means 11, either indicating this is her 11th attempt on making a flying machine or that she is 11 years old. As she is about to try it out, Saint Beran is coming running towards her trying to get her to not test out her flying machine. She manages to fly for a couple of seconds before the machine quickly breaks down and crashes into the ground. later that same day, George comes homes and sneak peaks in on Saint Beran yelling at Jane, with another Butler and finds it funny. As Jane only cares about why her flying machine didn't work. We also see a much older and more bulkier William who seems more upset about the whole ordeal.

Later that night, George enters his laboratory, and find Jane under the table looking at her prototype of her flying machine. Jane is obsessed with the idea of flying, and asks her brother if it will be possible to make a flying machine one day. George confirms it, and tells her that one day they will both fly in the skies together. However he tells Jane that she has to listen to Saint Beran and do as he says. Jane and George laughs it off, and we see Jane likely the next day try out another flying machine which also breaks apart shortly after take off, as the episode ends on a cliffhanger.
