Summary Overalls & Aprons explores the sustainability of local farmers, livestock producers, and fishery in the Lowcountry community of Charleston, SC, through the lens of 10 celebrated chefs who are committed to restoring the cultural culinary landscape and identity of their regional food-ways as well as its futurity. The film visually shows the transparency of how communities interact in support of strengthening a sustainable local food infrastructure, especially in the South where agriculture has such a rich history.
