Out of Sight Out of Mind.

Eleuterio, a Tarahumara (Native American Mexican), has decided to help his people, including the Chabochi (White Men) in order to end the great period of drought of 2006. He climbs the mountain contemplating the situation and dances non stop, hoping for rain to bathe the state. His people recognize his effort but it is the Chabochi who doubt and have treated him unfairly. Yet he is about to give us all a great lesson when the rain falls. This story is based on a true occurrence.

Fifty years ago, areas of rural Arkansas, Kansas, and Arizona were home to the largest nuclear missiles in the world: the Titan IIs. Though the missiles were never launched for war purposes, their presence, including accidents, greatly affected the lives of those who lived around them. Today, the missile silos are filled with dirt, but the Titan program lives on through veterans, experts, neighbors and museums.

Haiti, Another Struggle revisits Haiti nine months after the 7.0 earthquake that destroyed Port Au Prince. James Pierre, a journalist and filmmaker, brings us images and interviews from tent cities propped up throughout Port Au Prince. Emotional conversations with journalists, law enforcement officers, businessmen and members of the Diaspora tell the story of a Haiti that was and one that will be. Most importantly, Haiti, Another Struggle is a portrait of a country whose people fight every day to find hope in the desperate situation in which they live.

A windswept stretch of creek side, echoing to marsh birds' calls and the thud of shipwrights' hammers, Standard Quay is straight from Charles Dickens. To the right eyes, this scruffy working wharf is a vision of living history. Skilled craftsmen have built and repaired wooden ships here for centuries and in recent years the quay has become a haven for the few dozen surviving Thames sailing barges. But Standard Quay's property developer owner plans to build houses and restaurants on the site. This is the story of its final year as a working shipyard.
