Summary A sweet girl with a sweet tooth, Kosaka Sakura, is an undergrad in Tokyo. She lives alone in the center of the city, goes to her university in the suburbs and takes a part-time job at an organic pet food shop in a traditional area along the Sumida River. The shop owner, Yuuki Yoshimura, is a vigorous, independent woman who cares about Sakura like an older sister. Sakura likes to hang out a lot with her best friend, student at the same university, Mari Saeki. Talking over a slice of tart at their favorite café; "Lapin" is a precious time for them both. Although Sakura was enjoying life with an optimistic mind, recently she has been going through the unluckiest days of her life, which turn into a tragicomedy of everyday life. Misfortunes follow her from nothing out of the ordinary to an extraordinary event: time begins to move in a mysterious cycle. Unfortunately this happens at the most inopportune moment when she is gathering her courage to reveal her true feelings to a college student and her part-time job colleague, Hori Shunsuke.
