Summary Sayaka, a temporary employee at the monthly Atlas editorial department, is given the opportunity to submit a proposal for this summer's constitutional law special, as her senior editorial staff are tasked with interviewing famous people such as Beate Sirota Gordon and Jiro Shirazu.
