Summary Officer Esposito (35) is struggling with his daily battles against organized crime in Naples, in the company of his colleague, Commissioner Scognamiglio (40). During a routine operation against a group of drug dealers, he runs into a dangerous criminal, the infamous Camorra boss Gaetano Vitiello known as "O'mandrillo" because of his passion for women. Officer Esposito realizes that to fight his enemy he needs to use methods that his superiors would never authorize and convinces Scognamiglio to hunt O'mandrillo.
