Natalie Wood: An American Murder Mystery

Two cops who share a devotion to their work - and to each other - suddenly find themselves caught in a tangled web of unspoken passions, lies and accusations when they each become suspects in a brutal mob-style murder.

The film recounts the murder of a Chinese-American automotive engineer in a racially motivated hate crime, and how the murderer escaped justice in the court system.

Waitress Elise's dream to become a painter isn't going anywhere, unlike her ex Gerry's, so she eagerly accepts to house-sit a month the country estate eccentric gentleman Frank inherited with a fabulous coin collection while he is in Boston for business. A leaky pipe makes her call a plumber not from Frank's 'call only' list, and Phil soon ends up sharing the bed with her. When Frank returns early, with grand plans beyond her wildest dreams, the stage is set for tragedy.

Dre gets caught up gang activity and accidentally murders an innocent person. Plagued by a guilty conscience, he does everything he can to make things right--and avoid falling back in with the gang.

A painter fakes his death, in order to gain some additional money, because his works would revaluate with his death. But, unfortunately, he is killed a few hours after having "returned to life".
