Victor Cook is known for Stretch Armstrong & the Flex Fighters (2017), The Spectacular Spider-Man (2008), and Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated (2010). He previously worked as a storyboard artist, director, and producer at Disney Television Animation from 1990-2008. During this time, he was a storyboard artist for the cult favorite, Gargoyles. After an eighteen-year tenure at Disney TV Animation, Cook went on to direct Hellboy: Blood and Iron, The Spectacular Spider-Man, and Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens.
