On a stormy night in 1980 Phil saw a UFO. He was 4. That year he also saw Empire Strikes Back. Like a force from a galaxy far far away, his destiny was set. He was going to tell big screen stories. Decades later he's directed 3 feature films, Lesbian Vampire Killers, Within and Alone. His latest scripts are the teen horror Oak, the teen comedy sci-fi Lust and the award winning Toxic.
