Chen Ruo Lin

Description:

Chen Ruo Lin was born in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. She is a former competitive diver. In 2006, she won the Gold Medal in the Women's 10-Meter Synchronized Platform at the Diving World Cup. In the 2008 Beijing Olympics she won two Gold Medals in the 10-Meter Platform Single and Synchronized Events. In 2011, she won two Gold Medals in the 10-Meter Platform Single and Synchronized Events at the World Swimming Championships. She is the first woman to win Gold Medals at the Olympics, World Swimming Championships, and the Diving World Cup. She continued to win Gold Medals at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. In 2019, she retired from diving due to an injury. She is currently the Head Coach for the Chinese National Diving Team.
