Yang Ming was born in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He is a former Chinese professional basketball player, his position was point guard. In 2004, he made his Chinese Basketball Association league debut with the Liaoning Men's basketball team. In 2019, he retired from playing professional basketball. He is the current head coach for the Liaoning Men's Basketball team.
