Qiao Yu was a Chinese writer from Chongqing.
Member of the China Writer Association, he worked as journalist and editor and joined in the writing of the screenplays of numerous famous Chinese series, such as "Ke Wang" and "No Way To Love You".
In 2005 he suddenly died for liver failure at the age of 51.
