Huang Chih Hsiang is a Taiwanese director and screenwriter from Yunlin, Taiwan. He graduated from the Department of Drama at Chinese Culture University. Over the years, he has been involved in scriptwriting, excelling in crafting stories with humanistic sentiments and social realism themes. In 2012, he made his directorial debut with his script "Adult Child".

Huang Chih Hsiang has also served as the editor-in-chief of the film industry magazine "Film Biweekly," assistant director for the film "Substitute Teacher," editor-in-chief of the cultural journal "Southern Magazine," chief editor of "Global Daily," and publisher and chief editor of "Practical Notes" magazine. He is the executive director of Big Me Cultural Creatives, the Minister of Propaganda of the Taiwan Farmers' Alliance, and the Secretary-General of the 921 Earthquake Victims Alliance. In the 1996 presidential election in the Republic of China, he served as the creative director for the "Real Taiwan, Our Responsibility" series of advertisements for candidate Chen Lu An.
