Taguchi Kiyotaka is a Japanese film and special effects director from Muroran, Hokkaido, Japan. After graduating from Muroran Sakae High School in 1999, he moved to Tokyo and began training at Nikkan Geijutsu Gakuin. He dropped out of the school in 2000.
