Wang Tian Lin was a Chinese director, producer and screenwriter. Born in Shanghai, at 17, he moved to Hong Kong and started working as an assistant in some movie productions. In 1950, he directed his first movie, "The Flying Sword Hero from Emei Mountain". Among his most famous works are "Songs of the Peach Blossom River", "All in the Family ", and "The Wild, Wild Rose". In 2010, he died of health problems at the age of 83.
