Arthur Chu is a Taiwanese screenwriter and director.
In 2000, he won his first two Golden Bell Awards for Best Directing for a Miniseries or Television Film and Best Writing for a Miniseries or Television Film for "Graffiti on the Bridge".
In 2010, he won his third Golden Bell Award for Best Directing for a Miniseries or Television Film for "Gangster Daddy".
In 2012, he won his fourth Golden Bell Award for Best Directing for a Television Series "In Time with You".
