Born in Taipei City, Taiwan, graduated from Fuxing Commerce and Art Dept and entered the industry in 1991.
In 1997, he ventured into Mainland China, engaging in drama and film work. Since 2006, he has been committed to photography and photography guidance.
Yingzhou has been a director since 2009 and has directed "The Winx Red Wine", "Piff Hero", "Bright Life", "My Family Story 4", "Two Flowers", "Thinking Beauty", "Attack on Lightning", "Lonely Queen", "Ni Chang", "Abandoned", "You Are My Destiny" and many other film and television dramas.
