Ruzi Nazar

Ruzi Nazar was an Uzbek nationalist who devoted his professional life to assisting the CIA in its efforts against the Soviet Union. He was involved with the Nazi collaborationist movement during World War II and subsequently resided in exile in Germany, the United States, and Turkey. Serving as a CIA officer for thirty years from the early 1950s, Nazar held a variety of roles, including assignments at the American Embassy in Ankara and Bonn. Additionally, he conducted secret missions in Tehran in 1979 and Afghanistan in the early 1980s.
