Larry Csonka, a former professional football fullback, had a successful career in the National Football League (NFL). He played primarily for the Miami Dolphins and was part of the team's perfect season in 1972, winning Super Bowl championships in 1972 and 1973. Csonka was a five-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro. He holds the record for most rushing yards and touchdowns in Miami Dolphins franchise history. Csonka was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and his jersey number was retired by the Dolphins in 2002.
